The outer box uses B-flute corrugated board to keep the surface smooth for sharp printing. The top cover folds inward 180 degrees with inner tuck tabs, boosting side stiffness. Inside, a double-wall BC-flute custom insert shields the heavy unit against punctures and drop impacts

This corrugated setup handles parcel mail and pallet shipping with ease. They even placed the welcome pack right in the center with die-cut finger holes for easy retrieval. The package sailed through ISTA transit tests and sales outperformed expectations
