This is why the tattoo stickers you receive always have a transparent film on the surface; it is a protective layer for the ink and adhesive underneath

・Water-soluble base paper: This is a specialized paper that slides off after absorbing water, coated with a water-soluble adhesive solution

・Custom plate offset/screen printing: Suitable for large orders over 1,000 sheets. Requires CMYK plus white ink plates. The unit price can be pressed extremely low, and special screen processing like fluorescent or glow-in-the-dark inks is possible

The transfer logic for tattoo stickers is 'the design is placed face-down on the skin,' so what you see on the screen must be mirrored when printed

Especially if you are doing gold foil processing, never simply apply business card design logic

・The entire file must be mirrored: Including text and logos, everything must be horizontally flipped; otherwise, the words will be backward when applied to the arm

・A separate white ink plate is essential: Tattoo stickers lack a white base. Without a white ink plate, colors will turn muddy and dark when they hit the skin's base color

・Gold foil lines should be at least 0.2mm: Glue overflow occurs during the gold foil thermal transfer process. If lines are too thin or too close, they will blur together

・Tattoo stickers are essentially water transfer technology; designs must be mirrored so they don't appear backward on the skin

・Inks and adhesives must be confirmed to have passed non-toxic chemical testing; this is the core risk management of this business

・500 sheets is the threshold: small batches use digital direct printing (no plates), while large batches use screen or offset printing to reduce costs

・Always prepare a separate white ink plate, otherwise, color inks will lose saturation against the skin's base color
