The first wave of obligations has applied since 2026-08-12, with no grace period for new products. Harmonised labelling applies in full from 2028-08-12. ### I only print to order. Do I still need EPR registration? Registration and the declaration of conformity fall on whoever first places the packaging on the EU market, usually the brand owner or the importer.
